Providing and Laying Polish Sandstone floor (Gokak stone) of varying sizes extracted from sandstone (Gokak stone) for Flooring work in structure, as per approved design and drawings. Including cutting, dressing, and shaping of the stone, finishing with close-fitting joints. and laying in plain and different pattern on bed in position with 1:3 cement mortar. cleaning, curing, and all labour, materials, and tools etc completed. Providing and fixing carved Flower design art block of size 15" × 15" extracted from Sandstone (Gokak stone), including cutting, carving, dressing and finishing the stone to required shape and design, with close fitting joints, and fixing in position in cement mortar (1:3). Also include providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning, curing, and all labour, materials, and tools etc completed. Non-Dsr Item Additional Specifications : The work shall be carried out as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and constructing random rubble stone masonry (Gucci Fadi) extracted from Sandstone (Gokak stone), with properly hammer dressed stones on the face, hearting with smaller stones, packing the joints tightly, and laying in CM 1:6 including cost of all materials, labour, watering, curing, scaffolding and all incidental charges completed. Providing and constructing column top and bottom frame design, column profile molding work, extracted from sandstone (Gokak stone), including cutting, carving, shaping, dressing and finishing the stone to the required design and profile. The carved stone units shall be fixed in position with cement mortar (1:3), ensuring proper curvature, alignment, level and close-fitting joints.
