Providing and laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 50 E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with cement mortar 1:3 (1part cement : 3 part cement) without causing any damage to the household & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL or other approved make conforming to IS 1786.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of theEngineer in Charge.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement: sand: 6mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed mortar average 30 mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete including preparing surfaces consisting tapping by wooden ballet for hollowness of existing surface and repairing damaged locations all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks / fly ash bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by theEngineer in Charge.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specifications of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with wall care putty over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

a) For kitchen platform / Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

b) For kitchen platform / wash basin counter horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

c) For horizontal beading of size 30 mm x16mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

For 100mm thick vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of one side 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs other side polished 18mm Granite of approved colour sandwiched between the stones with 52 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of polished 18mm thick same granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent), 250mm one side granite rising above platform level with both side polishing including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 20 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of mirror polished 18mm thick jet black granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade,colour with leather /lapato finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for Flooring with stone slabs of various size in pattern including including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

For counter/ platform / Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Urinal partitions with 18mm thick jet Black Granite/ steel grey stone mirror bothside polished and half rounding on all exposed faces, fixed in the floors and walls making necessary recesses of about 25mm and fixing with necessary S.S. pins, clamps, grouted, sealed and finishing the chases with Cement mortar 1:3 etc. complete as per detailed architectural drawing to entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Pavit or as approved equivalant of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm & 15/16mm thick in required pattern and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent make/removing existing flooring and fixing new flooring using 20 mm thick c.m. bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, drawings,relevent IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 3 mm thick and 8/10/16 mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile flooring & Skirting at a specified places as per drawings / as directed and grouting the joints with matching cementitous tile grout mixed with approve tile additive of M/s. Roff Construction or approved equivalent including cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing shone tiles or equivalent first quality glass mosaic tiles in dado / skirting at all floors and levels using tiles manufactured by M/s. Shoen Ceramics or approved equivalent of approved colour, shade,design and pattern and texture with 12 mm thick C:M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing plaster or laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive of approved as per manufacturer or approved by department including cutting, wastage, jointed with cement slurry, pointing with white cement having matching shade pigment, finishing in correct level, line, slope, plumb, cleaning, curing and including removing old / existing dado/skirting with backing plaster etc and disposal of debris outside Anushaktinagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm X 20 mm or as specified size tiles in single shade

20mm X 20 mm or as per specified size tiles in design,pattern in multi colour in different proportions as per detailed sketch mural pattern.

Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing necessary GI holdfast 3 nos.(minimum) on each side of frame of size 300mm x30mm x3mm thick embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work or bolted / screwed with S.S .coach screw 100mm long in case of RCC/stone including making holes in concrete masonry walls etc. and fixing frame in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry / concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames stacking serviceable material and disposing of debris outside Anushakti nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tiles on flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition , lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws,adhesive etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply / teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 20 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ plaining if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, providing vision panel of various sizes up to a max size of 300mmx450mm wherever specified including suitable moulded first class teak wood beading on both sides and providing specified approved glass of 5 mm thk, ,Wooden louvers at bottom as per size,specification,drawing, , one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc.including removing existing damaged shutter,fittings and depositing at Dept. stores etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Kutty or equivalant conforming to IS 2202 (latest) with internal type second class teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to wooden door frames/granite frame works (door frames shall be paid separately under relevant item) at all floors & levels, height/lead, wastage, by cutting / planing if necessary including labour for fixing of the fittings & fixtures as per drawing with wooden packing pieces if necessary (but excluding the cost of fittings and fixtures with screws which shall be paid separately under relevant item) including providing 38mm x 6mm thick 2nd class teak wood external beading/lipping using exterior quality synthetic adhesive and headless GI nails, screws, providing vision panel of various sizes up to a max size of 300mmx450mm wherever specified including suitable moulded first class teak wood beading on both sides and providing specified approved glass of 5 mm thk etc.(Beading Kiln seasoned, antitermite treated), beading shall be finished with 2coat approved synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat approved primer after necessary preparation of surface to smooth finish etc. for the following all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals / New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. d) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution.

Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, kitchen projection, terraces depressed areas at all levels , locations, heights and lead etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by Department in patches, including cleaning and preparing surface by exposing the concrete, removing latencies, filling up inherent holes, voids, honey-combs etc.,in the concrete slab as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc setting brickbat coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continuing the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or othe adjoining wall at all level, heights and lead.consisting of following operations. Part IV - External Repair and painting

Providing and erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 50 to 75mm dia best quality bamboos tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboos to be provided as required at spacing's of not more than 900mm apart both horizontally and vertically including providing cross supports as struts to the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as and when required including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers, dismantling the scaffolding and taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed including cost of transportation, labours, bamboos, wireropes etc. All complete as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

a)Double bamboo scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (Dept. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: i) Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other equivalent. iii) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars.

Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 litres.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Repairing with polymer bonded mortar of thickness more than 35 mm up to 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including providing and fixing by nailing @ 300 c/c one layer of Chicken wire mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work , apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris outside colony etc. complete allas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting old steel/wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat over a coat of praimer.

On steel surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of praimer.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size at all floors, levels and locations including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag with W:C ratio 0.3 to 0.45 and pressure as per site requirement depend on member thickess. Continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in super structure at all floor and levels in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, racking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying silicon selant in joints between sliding window frame and stone jamb of approved quality of M/s. Dr. fixit. or approved equivalent including labour for cleaning, filling, removing the excess sealant after application for width upto 5 mm x 5 mm depth etc. complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications. etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying polysulphide compound in expansion joints of approved quality of M/s. Chokesy chemicals /Sunanda special coatings or approved equivalent with primer including labour for mixing in required proportion of part ‘A’ & ‘B’ removing the excess sealant after application for width upto 25mm etc. complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications including dismantling the loose plaster and making good the same & filling up the gaps of Expansion joint with approved material (thermocol of high density or equivalent) followed by polysulphide compound of approved manufacturer or as specified including scaffolding etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..
