Supply and installation of Cast in situ IAAF approved Synthetic Athletics SANDWICH track system with minimum 14.1mm thick.The system consumption ratios consist of application of primer layer of 0.15 kg/sqm, 10mm thick shock pad base layer of SBR granules (1-4mm) with 6.5kg/sqm mixed with PU binder 1.2 kg/sqm, Pore sealing PU layer over laid shock pad @ 1.2kg/sqm, then top wear coat of liquid PU with consumption of 2.20 kg/sqm and EPDM granules of 1-3.5mm broadcasted in the range of 2.8 kg/sqm

Design, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Assembly, Supply & installation of 750gsm tensile membrane with Fabric of serge Ferrari or approved equivalent with standard specification and warranty of the manufacturer with Supporting Galvanized steel wire ropes/cables, MS frame work (including painting etc. complete) as per design and direction of engineer-in-charge, fittings as required for connecting to existing RCC columns/beams or walls/ on all four sides with necessary fixing arrangement like dash fasteners, clamps etc including scaffolding complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The roofing system is to be designed and executed in such a way that it will have proper airtight joints with metal and other surfaces so that the structure is water tight. The Fabric structure above all the main support shall be in off white Color. The fabric shall be high quality 750 gsm multi layer PTFE coated Glass fiber finish and PTFE alloy finish to the bottom surface. The rates includes cost of design of system (MS frame structure etc complete). Supply and installation of Fabric, Galvanized Steel wire ropes/cables, Accessories, perimeter attachment systems, Fabrication of Membrane and connection systems, Member of MS frame PTFE maintenance kit, erection and dismantlement of required scaffolding, Membrane and Connection system & tensioning and working at all levels, leads and heights complete as per the drawings & particular specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The plan area covered by the tensioned fabric will be measured for payment.

Providing & Fixing approved brand tiles of size 100mm X 100 mm Porcelain Mosaic tiles with thickness of 8mm of 0.032% water observation general chemical acid resistent fixing by MYK Laticrete/ JK CEMENT/ Kerakoll/ MAPEI make 252 Ag.Silver mosaic adhesive fixing by fina specification or as per standard lane marking of swimming pool complete as directed by engineer in charges . Italia, Piccolo, Keramika, Onix with epoxy based grouting of MYK Laticrete, JK CEMENT, Kerakoll, MAPEI etc.

Providing and Applying water proofing treatment to pool basin,overflow channel and balancing tank with one layer primer coat & 2 layer coating of 2-component acrylic polymer based water proofing compound. In addition, Micro-concrete repair, injection grouting & fibre mesh fixing wherever necessary shall be part of waterproofing treatment (Nerolac Perma, Pidilite, Dr.Fixit, Myk Arment, Laticrete)

Providing and laying ANTI SKID designer floor tiles for deck area (Simpolo/Larson/Pavit/eqv.) thickness to be specified by the manufacturer of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in colours shade except white ivory grey fume red, brown laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)
