Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Tile brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing of MS grill panel 1.80 m length and 1.20 m height having MS angle Iron frame size ( 50mmx50mmx6mm) with 16 mm square bar 10 cm c/c spacing including all etc

Providing and laying in cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing MS gate double panel of size (3.00X1.90m) with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with MS 20mm sq bar piercing through holes @10cm c/c with MS flat 50x6mm and pointed at the top including hanging and locking arrangement all complete including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with all necessary bolts etc

Providing and laying Coping 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand )

Supplying at site : R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Placing and Fixing the R.C.C. posts with cement concrete mix 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only.
