S&F in repairs 200mm Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed.all as specified.

S&F in repairs Aluminium handle cast type anodized of size 150mm long all as specified .

S&F 100mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel in repairs all as specified

Refixing shutters in same opening of any description of area exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each.complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated door aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium grill (transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Alumnium powder coated sections made out of hallow/solid extruded aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for openable windows/sliding windows/ventilators/door shutter with all types of windows, doors & Ventilators frames with one or more rebates including joining cleats, beads for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed & approved by Engineer-in-Charge.(glass/wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F tinted glass 5.5mm thick fixed with glazing clip, rubber beading /gasket in squares in each pane all as specified.

S&F Alumnium powder coated louvers (movable arrangement in pair) for ventilators including locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Securing glass of any description in existing metal frames glazed with putty including removing loose or decayed putty, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying incl pins and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured)complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing and fixing calcium slicate board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs powder coated glazed aluminium partition with aluminium sections of minimum 2mm thickness and pannel not exceeding area of 1.50 Sqm including necessary joining cleats glainy clips, rubber neoprene packing, beading screw, etc including necessary drilling in walls, floor & celing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Prelaminated particle board 12mm thick, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed in repairs with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Plywood 4mm thick, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timbe frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for lnsulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face fixed with screws to timber frame work / wall panelling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 1st class hard wood Beads, straight (any size) for glazed or gauzed joinery, renewed, including mitres etc and removing old beads to Store all as specified and as directed

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of steel surface and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer. all as specified.

S&F in repairs curtain rod 20 mm thick, mild steel pipe with PVC coating decorative type with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to existing aluminium doors by making adjustments in members to make them smooth functionable including necessary opening of parts, grinding, cutting,fixing of cleats, hinges, rubber beads, rollers, screws, adjustment of door closer etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Venetian blinds of approved make vertical type using 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as chord/ thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc and necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on wall / ceilng surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces and applying two coat of distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor/wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
