Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced, in ground floor or pavings below or above ground level from foundation of pump sets including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of following capacities from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 7.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor. 2. The contractor will open the Induction Motor/Pump at site only to assess the exact nature of repair required and material to be replaced.

Labour for opening the electric induction motor of following capacity including taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. including all other insulating material to make it functional complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Copper winding wire of approprioate guage will be measured separately under respective items in the BOQ.

NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 7.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

Notes 1 :- For ser No 13 to 21 :- The supply only items shall be deposited by the contractor in MES store yard and after obtaining the items the Board of Officers (BOO) will access the quality and quantity of materials . After necessary approval of the Board of Officers (BOO) the stores shall be taken on charge in stock in hand ledger and Audit Officer will verify credit in the ledger. After that the stores shall be issued for further use against the complaint at site through Indent. Opening the monoblock motor and pump upto capacity 10 HP , taking down/out the burnt winding wire and cleaning the slots including rewinding the monoblock motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. and repairing the pump by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position including all other insulating material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and spare parts of pump shall be measured and paid separetely
