Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting/filling with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm (spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap or Basalt stone) of size range 100 mm to 50 mm, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam in two layers each of 75 mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) with coarse aggregate of granite/black trap/basalt stone of grading 2 ranging from 63mm to 40mm, hollows made up to form true surface, spread, surface binding with and including screening and moorum, watered, consolidated and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, mecadam or bituminous mecadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep in area exc 400Sqm and removing exceeding 50 Mtr & n.exc 500 mtrs and stacking.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.
