Attending cleaning, scrapping, chipping and spray painting of RT 880 Crane and JLG Lift at ALHW Workshop in Dry Dock Complex, Port Blair.

Attending patching works over the body shell of RT 880 Mobile Crane wherever required, including replacement of heeding door channels, door handle inner and outer, door rubber, side view mirror, door lock etc., complete. But excluding the cost of glass which will be supplied by the department on free of cost (i,e.old removed glass to be used again) and MS Plates/HR Sheets will be issued by the department on free of cost but including cost of all labour charges, materials, cutting and welding, tools and plants etc. including transportation charges, GST etc., complete.

RT 880 Mobile Crane (About 28 Sqm)

Cleaning, scrapping, chipping the steel surface of all steel structures of the crane and lift including cleaning of oily area thoroughly without damaging the hoses, electrical contacts, proximity switches etc., and Spray painting the steel surface with one coat of oil primer, PS grey and putty, metal paste wherever required, leveling the applied surface with hacksaw blade and water paper and over that two coat of approved synthetic enamel colour paint of reputed make in RT 880 Crane and Automotives colour paint of reputed make in JLG Lift as directed by EIC including the cost of all labour charges, Paints, thinner, minor tools, transportation charges, GST etc., complete.
