Disconnecting & Taking down/out Serviceable/ unserviceable HT XLPE Cable 11 KV of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 3 core of any description and checking for fault rectification from Trenches, Floors, Walls, GI Pipes, etc., seggrating Serviceable Cables, Pipes, Bricks, etc. including keep in Safe Custody for re-use and unserviceable Cable removing to and depositing at AGE E/M STORE YARD, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Any damage/punchred into HT cable the contractor will be responsible. (ii) Before Laying meggaring the complete cable in presence of Engr-in-charge. (iii) Any damage of HT cable the contractor will be responsible. The contractor will have to supply new cable of same size and specification in lien of old cable without any extra cost.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured (Earthed), electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying XLPE Under Ground Cable (Serviceable Cable obtained from Item No. 1.0 here-in-before) 11000 Volt grade, Cross sectional area 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm, 3 Core including Jointing and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down all as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making of bore to road link width for providing GI Pipe upto110mm dia for passing armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 80mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting of all HT/Earthing/AC/DC connections of existing VCB 11 KV carefully and shifting the VCB for making good of ducts with all accessories to the another location at Air Force Station Sirsa including Jhopra and making all HT/Earthing/AC/DC connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i). If any damage occurred of VCB during shifting of VCB 11 KV then contractor will be responsible for repair of VCB without any extra cost with original materials of OEM.

M&L for Servicing of Vacuum Circuit Breaker 400/630/800 Amps 11 KV with taking out of trolley from cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of Micro processor Earth Fault and Over Current relays, tripping coil electrical, indication systems, metering systems and checking for manual/auto tripping system, meggaring all the contacts and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position including removing all the dust form the VCB cabinates complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i). All Vacuum Circuit Breaker are 11 KV of Capacity 400/630/800 Amps. (ii). Make of Vacuum Circuit Breakers are Yamuna Power/ ABB/ CG/ ITE/ SIEMENS.
