ARMO 2020-21. SH. Relocation of Runway Exit Signages at S.V. Airport, Raipur for mitigating the DGCA observation on compliance to CAR.

Amount

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Laying of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm) HDPE pipe (PN8, PE 80 grade) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS:14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Only the HDPE pipe will be provided by AAI)

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing, laying and fixing of 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in the existing trench complete with G.I. fittings etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe as required.

(a) 1C x 6 sqmm.

Making field connections by crimping of 6sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6 sq.mm. single core PVC Cu. Conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Installation of C.I. housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water etc. complete as required. (C.I boxes will be provided by AAI)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Dismantling of existing Runway Exit Signage i/c all accessories & reinstallation of the same at new location using anchor fasteners for fixing of base support on existing CC foundation, connections with required length of secondary lead (2 x 2.5 Sq.mm copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, voltage grade - 650 volt) from C.I box to signage which shall be drawn through suitable dia G.I flexible pipe having end termination gland at both ends, testing, commissioning etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (signage length approx 1.40 m)
