TERM CONTRACTS FOR ARTIFICERS WORK UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE GANGTOK

Term Contract for artificers works to perform such service and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions here in after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part II (Rates) General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance of tender. (Note :(a) The estimate/quoted amount shall not be given congnigence for aceptance . However the quoted percentage shall be consider for acceptance in terms of contract condition (b) Contractor to quote percentage only in the space provided here-in-below on/off the SSR. Works shall be ordered as and when necessary arises. Work shall be measured against items listed in SSR, priced at rates given in SSR, and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (c) The work/services shall be ordered through work order as and when required within the contract period.
