Dismantling of floor tiles / hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick, in light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick, in light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decorative wall paneling with WPC wall panels with plastic and silicate mixture as the core material with in and surface with PVC foil on the top with thickness of panel 10mm to 20mm, width of 150mm to 200mm and length of 2.74/3.05 (9' or 10') meters of POLYWOOD or equivalent brand Wt of PVC panel is 4.5 kg/sqm and PVC percentage in wall panels is more than 40% including necessary L/H/U corner profile and fillets. WPC Wall panel are termite proof , water proof and usable on the damp walls, fixed to wall/ ceiling surface as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F manually opening and closing double roller type venetian blinds approved make with characteristic composition 100 % polyester (translucent) fixed in position complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from internal plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls after completion of putty work (if reqd on site) on scrapped/uneven surface of any description to match with the existing surfaces before application of paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid coloured tiles 400mm X 400mm X 7mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick cement screeding in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing glazed ceramic designer coloured tiles of size 450x300x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china pedestal pattern, "EWC" white with connection to trap, and to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe and including pvc sheet cover and CP jet and flush pipe/L bend etc. complete including making good to floor, set with cement concrete, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa" pattern size 580 x 440mm, white, with integral footrest (excluding flushing cistern) including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor, set with cement concrete, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
