Providing and supplying of Truck of minimum capacity 09 MT for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture,debris, garbage at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Providing and supplying Forklifts 03MT capacity for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, from various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbaias instructed by Engineer Incharge as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Providing and supplying Hydra crane 08 MT capacity for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, from various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai all as directed by Engineer Incharge as and when required as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Providing and supplying of Dumper for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture, debris, garbage at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

"Pick-up light Non-AC vehicle viz. Tata Aria/ Mahindra Bolero or suitable vehicle with driver including BA-IV norms on hiring basis for the use of Site Engineer of CED for 6 days a week from 8:00 am to 20:00 pm ) for carrying out day-to day official movement within Mumbai and inside BARC premises . Conditions:1. The Vehicle shall be used by CED Engineers and departmental staff only. 2. The make and Model of "Mahindra Bolero or similar vehicle " should be of year 2014 or later ( with BS-IV norms )for a minimum run of 1200 Kms per month.3. The basic price for 1200 Kms run per month with Driver .4. The actual usage shall be reckoned from the Headquarter at BARC North Gate and end there itself during official use.5. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with brand new tyres and not retreated ones. 6. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle.7. The vehicle should be with a board " ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY".8. The cost of Fuel/Oil/Lubricant, maintenance of vehicle, wages of driver, all taxes, toll charges, parking charges , comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability other than monthly charges towards usage of the vehicle.9. Since the driver is engaged along with the vehicle, the contractor should required to engage skilled driver possessing valid driving license (Preferably professional) and also submitted the following documents .a.Registration Certificate of the vehicle.b. Driver License of the driver c.Valid Police Verification Certificate ( PVC) in respect of the driver.d.Name, Address and Telephone No. of the driver. d.Name, Address and Telephone No. of the driver. e. Comprehensive Insurance Policy and Road Tax receipts of the vehicle.10.The driver's of the vehicle shall maintain Log book supplied by BARC and is required to obtain the signature of the user whenever the vehicle is used.11.You are required to deploy same vehicle on day-to-day basis.12.No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. 13.In the event of breakdown of vehicle , alternative vehicle should be provided immediately .In case of failure to provide alternative vehicle within 2 hours, this centre would hire a vehicle on daily basis and the expenditure would be debited to your account besides imposing penalty of Rs. 500/- per day. 14.In case of absence of vehicle even for a day , proportionate payment towards a day will be deducted from monthly bill besides imposing a penalty of Rs. 500/-per day. 15.the charges for Extra KMS.over and above 1200 KMS. Is fixed to Rs. 7.00 ( Rupees Seven only ) per KM. 16. Since the Officers of CED, BARC are expected to use the vehicle on 6 days a week , the vehicle shall be kept free on Sundays and necessary maintenance may be undertaken. 17. The Contractor should have one spare driver having valid PVC for replacement in case of emergency, sickness etc. of the regular Drivers.

Collecting of structural steel scrap and cutting into pieces and stacking the same as instructed by Project Engineer at various locations of BARC, Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Supplying man power along with necessary spades, shovels, punjas, ropes, small special spades, rain coats, broom, mop etc, minimum two labours per day and maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Engineer Incharge to work for eight hours per day to carry out the cleaning work, loading work etc as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Lead charges for disposal of debris, surplus earth etc. With a Lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.
