M&L surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil. Note:- The plants, small trees, shrubs,bushes etc to be cleaned under this item complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Excavation in post holes in soft/disintigrated rock or (similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls,any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 4 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia as in strirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded Stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 250 sq. cm and n exc400 Sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, fixed to steel/RCC post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc. Note: (i) Chain link fencing will be measured and paid separately as supply only under item No 8 here-in-after. (ii) Mild steel nut, bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately as S&F under respective item of BOQ..

Supply only chain link fencing (100X100mm) made out of mild steel galvanised wire 10 Gauge, conforming to IS 2721 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of neck 11 to 15mm and length of bolt exc 10cm and n. exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat colour wash over one coat of white wash Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins as directed and all as specified (Each line wire to be measured).

M&L Preparaton of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying Two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of Red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/bolder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts struts, piers, columns and stanchions in square, rectangular or polygonal in shape on plan, for rough finished surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass copping on top of walls embedded over 25mm thick cement mortar in 1:3 at the rate of 10Kg glass per Sqm. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 except stone. Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stone obtained from item No 15 shall be used in this item.

M&L for Flush pointing to Random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth; for foundation etc,or for shafts n.exc 10 Sqm on plan in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type -B2 using 40mm graded Stone aggregate as in bed block for angle iron post on stone masonory wall. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type -C1 using 20mm graded Stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix (20mm graded aggregate)as in foundations, including rafts footings, bases for columns etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix (20mm graded aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts. Complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffit of foundation and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finshed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick Rendering on concrete surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks(stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasp and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts wall ties; hooks for hanging fan; plain angle cleats for securing purloins to wood trusses or rafter; knee piece insert; two way and three way strap; plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of area n exc. 10cm width or girth when un connected with other painting or when painted in a differ on new steel surface incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised steel tube 20mm dia medium grade. Including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide, exc 1.5m and n.exc 3m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. not exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soft / disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in soft / disintegrated rock including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class "B" old size brick laid dry flat perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches / ducts in layers of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Naturally occurring sand will be used for cushioning. (ii) Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 with using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass filling concrete for poles/stay wires/LT panel boards and in addition where ever directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches wall / floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid saprately.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 5 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands alternate with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item BOQ.

M&L for stringing ACSR conductor on poles 2 runs of weasel /ferret with permissible sag for street light feeder including all kind of jumpering as per IS rules etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (No jointing shall be done between two poles. In case of shortage of length, conductor shall be terminated on previous pole and shall be stringed further by providing proper jumpering).

M&L for Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps, nuts, bolts , washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L insulator shackle type porcelaine vitreous white/green or brown in colour incl one MS galvanised spindle , iron washers and iron nut bolts of size 100mm height , 115mm dia, section of straps 31 x 05mm, for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

M&L insulator pin type porcelaine vitreous white/green or brown in colour incl one MS galvanised spindle , iron washers and iron nut bolts of size 100mm height , 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized stay stranded wire of size 7/4 mm and fixing to stay assembly complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Stay assembly set comprising of 1800mm long stay rod 16mm dia, stay plate 200 x 200 x 6mm thick complete with all aceessories as shown in electric plate no 1 of MES schedule Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC, loop type insulator, galvanized stay stranded wire will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix LED street light fittings with excellent thermal management of 60 Watt IP-65 with complete accessories, GI brackets of suitable size 32 to 40mm Medium grade GI pipe not less than 1.5mtr length , incl bending as per standard procedures, nuts and bolts and rate including clamping at an average height more than 6mtr high on swaged poles etc. complete all as specified and directed . M&L for stringing GI earth wire/guard wire/cradles wherever required along the street light feeder separately for the protection of street lights from surge voltage all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L testing and commissionig of High galvanized mast light 20mtr high with suitable of air pressure (min) 180 KM / Hr , suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their accessories, clamps etc, and having two point suspension system, with stainless steel wire rope of 6mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with power tools (suitable type three phase motor to up and down of light accessories ) including suitable type copper control cable with industrial type switch and socket as per OEM instruction complete with luminaire mounting arm, pulley assembly, aviation obstruction LED light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per OEM instruction including necessary earth work on Hard /disintegrated rock complete with external control panel as per OEM design suitable for operation (on /off) of High mast light and accessories, aviation obstruction light , lowering and rising (Up and down) of high mast light luminaires (operation of power tools ) with suitable contactor assembly all as specified and as directed. Note :- RCC foundation including TMT bar of suitable sizs as per OEM design with necessary excavation and earth work in Hard / disintegrated rock shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.
