EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of RCC/ PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.0 metre

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 80 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required .

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 400 A,50KA,FPMCCB

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 250 KVA copper wound BIS Level-I distribution transformer including supervision charge to be paid to APDCL, getting charging approval from ELB as approved and directed by the deptt.

Supply, fitting & fixing of outdoor feeder pillar of 400A made of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet, 1 nos of 400A, FP MCCB ,50kA as incomer & 400A TPN electrolytic copper busbar as outgoing and other accessories as approved & directed by the deptt.

Supply, fitting & fixing of indoor LT panel of 400A made of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, 1 nos of 400A, FP MCCB ,50kA as incomer & 3 nos 125A, FP MCCB, 50kA as outgoing, 400A TPN electrolytic copper busbar and other accessories as approved & directed by the deptt.

Supply, fitting & fixing of 3ph 4W ICS DLMS compliant HT trivector energy meter (Category-C)

Load security to be paid to APDCL

Supply, delivery to site of following size 1.1kV XLPE UG armoured cable as as approved & directed by the department. 3.5 core, 300.0 sq. mm armoured cable

1 core, 240.0 sq. mm armoured cable

Construction of transformer pad as approved & directed by the deptt.

Supply,fitting & fixing of 11kV, 150A DO fuse set as approved & directed by the deptt.

Supply,fitting & fixing of 11kV, 400A GOAB fuse set as approved & directed by the deptt
