SITC of 2.0 TR Nominal capacity Inverter type cassette type Air conditioning unit comprising of Indoor and Outdoor unit i/c wireless remote, refrigerant piping of suitable size between Indoor to outdoor duly insulated & suitable size pipe copper control cables (approximate up to 15 m per unit to be provided), MS structure / frame stand for Outdoor unit and required size of drain piping with insulation, complete with indoor hanging arrangement,inclusive of initial charging of refrigerant, etc. complete as required. (R-32/ R-410A Refrigerant ).

SITC of 1.5 TR Nominal capacity Inverter type Hi-wall split unit comprising of Indoor and Outdoor unit i/c wireless remote, refrigerant piping of suitable size between Indoor to outdoor duly insulated & suitable size pipe copper control cables (approximate up to 15 m per unit to be provided), MS structure / frame stand for Outdoor unit and required size of drain piping with insulation, complete with indoor hanging arrangement,inclusive of initial charging of refrigerant, etc. complete as required. (R-32/ R-410A Refrigerant ).

Supply installation, Testing & commissioning of self contain drinking water cooler confirming to IS 1475 with updated amendment, suitable for operation on 230 volts +- 10% . 50 Hz, single phase A.C. Supply with inbuild RO +UV and external sedimantery filter. The tank and body casing of the water cooler shall be made out of stainless steel. The water cooler will be of following capacities with two numbers faucets / stop cocks : Nominal storage capacity - 80 Ltrs. Nominal cooling capacity - 60 Ltrs / Hrs.

Supply installation, Testing & commissioning of 15 KVA high performance IGBT based fully microprocessor controlled (Three phase input & three phase output) online UPS system suitable for input and output parameters as per specifications. The UPS shall have Separate Galvanic isolation Transformer Inbuilt / External K13 Copper Wound (After Static Switch) transformer. The UPS shall be provided in powder coated fan cooled enclosure painted in colour as per specifications. The UPS shall be suitable for normal, emergency recharge, by-pass and maintenance mode including bypass arrangement. The UPS shall have a microprocessor based display and control panel. UPS shall have own batteries with 15 minute battery back-up with SMF batteries. Complete system must be provided as per specifications approved drawing and as per site requirement including inter connecting cables from battery to UPS, UPS to panel with single core copper cabling etc. UPS shall work on parallel / hot redundancy mode, cost of supporting kit shall be included, supports for complete system as approved by the Engineer in charge complete in all respect. (01 set consist of 02 Nos 15 KVA UPS and will operate on N+1 mode.)

Providing, Fixing, Testing and commission ISI marked portable type fire extinguishers of 4.5 Kg capacity Co2 type as per IS-15683, Complete as per specification and fixed / install as per site condition.

Providing, Fixing, Testing and commission ISI marked portable type fire extinguishers of 5 Kg capacity ABC Dry chemical powder as per IS-15683, Complete as per specification and fixed / install as per site condition.

SITC of ultrasonic standalone Rodent Repellent System consisting of one main console, 12 transducers & a cable bundle of approx. 90 meter length of 0.25 Sq.mm 2 core cable (The cable should be laid in already installed GI /PVC pipe/raceway/cable tray). The rodent repllent system should be suitable to generate sound waves are at high frequency (well about 20KHz which is not hearable to human ear) and operate in 230V AC / 50 Hz.

To carry out the item of work as per requirement of site from the CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical DSR - 2022) as per CPWD specifications complete as required. (Total amount of Rs. 1300000.00 (exclusive of GST) is kept for -DSR Items-2022) [(Note - Rate of DSR items shall be quoted against total amount of Rs 13.00 Lac(Thirteen Lac Only) in figure excluding GST which shall be converted in percentage (above/below) and rate of DSR items shall be calculated as per quoted rates/ percentage and will be paid accordingly )
