Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-laying of old serviceable bricks retreived from Item No. 1 here-in before for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable & 150 mm sand after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand will be measured after punning for payment purpose.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable LT UG cables of any size of 10 to 185 sq mm, 2/3.5/4 core from trenches, poles/walls and floor complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only serviceable XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on walls/floor/pole including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe street light bracket on LT /HT pole made out from 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade of 1.2 metre long and made to shape for fixing with suitable size of flat iron clamp, nut , bolts and washers including two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed with existing street light fitting and making re-connection all the electrical connection including taking out the old unserviceable GI bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED road way light fitting luminaires ,comprising of epoxy powder coated housing ,enclosed with glass cover in frame , IP-65, 45 watt LED with 110LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED road way light fitting luminaires ,comprising of epoxy powder coated housing ,enclosed with glass cover in frame , IP-66, 60 watt LED with SPD 10 KV , efficiency 110LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light fitting suitable for high mast light including all fixing arrangement high grade aluminium pressure die cast and toughend glass 110 lumen/watt and high spread using high quality lenses and reflector including over voltage protection up to 300 volts complete of IP66 LED 150 watt warm white complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Box of overall size not less than 2000mm width x 1200mm Height (Without Canopy & Base Channel) x 400mm Depth, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 600mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 amps, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming & Outgoing MCCBs for termination of cables . The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication House who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 600 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to MCCBS shall be carried out with heat shrink type PVC insulated aluminium flats of suitable size and from bus bars to MCBs with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated multi flexible type copper wires as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges. M & L for Painting to existing LT Panels, angle iron support bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles of 9 mtr long including cross arms, cable protection pipe, bus bar box and applying painting to complete area with one coat of aluminium paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and making alternate strips/layers (30 cm wide) with white and blue synthetic enamel paint upto the 1.50 meter height from the ground level including writing the pole number in white letters on black background and cleaning/cutting the grass/bushes at a radius of 2 mtr surrounding the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully Aluminium/copper/Flamp proof point wiring (Light/ Fan/Socket or power) complete incl fitting fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, brackets, holders, bulk head fitting etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switch/MCB DB/AC enclosure/Three phase enclosure by disconnecting the electric supply all as directed at site.
