PAINTING REPAIR WORK IN QTR NO JA-1 SECTION III UNDER SUB DN GANDHI NAGAR I JAIPUR (SANCTION WORK)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Applying one coat of Cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including all scaffolding:

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. Old work (One or more coats )

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Old Plastered Surface (two or more coats)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision Old Work
