M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic roofing system ,co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced , having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks upto 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal . Applying three coats including one coat of primer of Shali Urethne BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of of shaliurethene BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consupmtion 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%.The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant (Note :6 Hrs interval between two coat will be mantain ) . All auxilary and accessories involved during applacation should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Make: STP/Sikka/Asian paint or equvalent as approved by GE. (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) of uniform thickness 50mm , top surface of plain concrete padding shall be finished even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L For Preparation of Old/New Roof Surfaces with two coat of Aluminium Paint of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described.

M&L for Pre-polished glazed designer ENDURA tiles, coloured 30cm x 30cm x 8-10mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles in dark shade 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 Incl Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking ,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg /sqmall complete and as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting side for repairing , cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc and hoisting after cleaning and remving all as specified and directed etc from tanks of circulating pipe etc of capacity exc 500 ltrs and upto & including 1000 ltrs and endorsed the word" CLEANED ON WITH DATE' with while paint including replacement of broken/unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, Tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified.

M&L for roof treatment with the following specification - Removing existing water proofing treatment and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished. NOTE :- The work shall be executed at site by the authorised applicator of APP and as approved by the GE.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed medium grade with pressed mild steel terminal boxes(sheet not less than 1.6 mm thick) duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer with suitable thickness plastic laminated sheet cover 3mm thick of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire(green colour) to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: a) Rate for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors deemed to be included in each point etc (b) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for any necessary pointwith proper fixing clips and no extra cost shall be paid for the job etc all as directed.
