Civil work -Wooden Slats for Wall Panelling Supply & installation of Slats in wall panelling are made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-3/L23-3/L32-3/Customized - (3mm grooves Slats @16mm centres) back lined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 192 & 128x2440x15/17mm thick having base density 700Kg 800 Kg/m3 weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC25with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centres. Slats of size 192 & 128x 2430x15/17mm in then fixed perpendicular to CC18 with suitable edge & centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 5mtrs both ways. Acoustical Wall Panelling Supply and installation of Fabric Tracks Stretch wall fabric system by using FR Grade acoustic fabric of size 1700mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 12.5 mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 12.5mm and Midseam 12.5mm, Strand wood wool board Infills polyester fibre infill with requisite accessories & tools. Wooden base 12mm is first installed on the wood fibre along the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centres. 12.5 mm tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying Stick adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knur led web 40mm depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Strand Wood Wool Board is square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fibre panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3 weight 4kg which is fixed to Cross Channel 25mm. Long edge of panels should be perpendicular to length of Cross Channel Infills polyester fibre infill 1000gsm 25mm thick adhered on Strand Wood Wool Board panel by using adhesive. Fabric of width 1700mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1600mm. Laminate Finish Wooden Panelling .-Providing, fitting and fixing full height wooden paneling to walls and columns where ever necessary from floor lvl to ceiling ht or as per drawing/design made out of 50.8mmx25.4mmx1.34mm thick Aluminium rectangular sections placed @ 600mm c/c both ways on grid, on top of grid 12mm fire resistant and termite proof ply (conforming to IS code :5509) to be provided with 1mm thk laminate of approved shade and colour finished as per design/drawing or as directed by the Architect/Engineer-in- Charge. Supplying & Installing Conference table of size as per approved drawing in 19mm thick ply finished in approved laminate surface and matching edge moulding, undeside in balancing laminate supported on SS legs of approved shape with levellers etc complete. Top should have 50mm thick. Cost to include Wire managments systems below tables with approved wire managers cutouts etc complete. All expose side & structure of table are finished in approved shade of laminate . All internal surfaces should be finished in approved shade balancing laminate. The final full size Mock up with regards to design/details & shades has to approve by engineer in charge .

Console Unit-Supplying & Installing Console table of size as per approved drawing in 19mm thick ply finished with Laminate of approved shade.The table top should have 19mm BWP grade ply of approved make and quality The top surface and side should be laminate with 1mm thick laminate. Along with cupboard with drawer, and door as per Requirement . All internal surface should be finish with internal laminate of white or ivory and the cost includes all materials, labour, T&P, hardware,etc complete in all respect.

High Back Chair Providing and supplying High back chair (Godrej, Nilkamal or equivalent as per the direction of the EIC).with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 18mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood upholstered with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ with foam net tapestry 0.9mm thick and 300 GSM and the back shall be made of injection moulded polypropylene net cover upholstered with breathable mesh tapestry. The backrest of the chair shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine with adjustable lumbar support. The chair shall be supplied with injection moulded PU arm completely joint with seat. For seating durability the chair shall have swivel 360 degree revolving mechanism having upright locking and tilt tension adjustment with anri-shock feature. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 65mm with BIFMA standard class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat.
