Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F for Pre-cast U shape RCC drains 90 mm thick size 600 x 600 mm (drain measured out to out) and Hight 600 mm (T-25) including S&F SFRC drain cover size 600 mm x 600 mm x 80 mm thickness complete all as of make M/s Fuji Silvertech or equivalent all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-cast U shape RCC drains 100 mm thick size 750 x 750 mm (drain measured out to out) and Hight 750 mm (T-25) including S&F SFRC drain cover size 750 mm x 750 mm x 80 mm thickness complete all as of make M/s Fuji Silvertech or equivalent all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-cast U shape RCC drains 120 mm thick size 900 x 900 mm (drain measured out to out) and Hight 900 mm (T-25) including S&F SFRC drain cover size 900 mm x 900 mm x 80 mm thickness complete all as of make M/s Fuji Silvertech or equivalent all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on roof slab, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick ready mix plaster (self curing) on newly plaster surfcaes of wall all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching rounded or chamferred on edges includind use and waste of form work complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out from the conctrete embedded portion and making good disturbed all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets( for escuring wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to GDE Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5-10mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for colours hooking ends and binding with a including security bolts post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, strainig bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted (colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE) over a coat of primer alkali resistance of same make including all scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfcaes of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted (colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE) over a coat of primer of same make including all scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L 75 mm thick PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete. For near building No. P-70 (VRC)

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in edging of path area or mud stops, rounded or chamfered including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, and dismantling of old unserviceable curve stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) over a coat of primer including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint (White colour) on old steel surfaces, including complete removal of existing treatment (cleanning of rusted portion and preparation of old surfaces) and application of one coat of red oxide zink chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Synthetic enamel paint shall be carried out on old steel surfaces i.e. fencing Post and Garden steel gate, Truss of galume sheet shed etc. Location - Vikram Vihar Bldg No. P-235 to P-290 (Total 56 Block)
