Amount

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth icluding ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Treatment of existing masonry

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos (in oil or kerosene based solution) @0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Carriage of earth from designated borrow areas within a lead of 15KM

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m All kind of soils

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of colour black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete. (Payment for Stone to be made separately).

Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/concrete pavement at specified spacing.

Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard seting of concrete. to improve durability and workability without imparing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for alll leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishinh and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer in charge, for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All work upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330kg/cum.

Supply and installtion of prefabricated watch tower of total height 17.1m with plan area of 143sqm with two levels of viewing decks and central spiral staircase of width 1.35m made out of complete sand blasted structural metal sections, single coat of zinc epoxy primer and single coat of high quality enamel paint on all hardwares, fiitings, connectors, fastners, etc. Final coat of enamel to be done after erecting the structure. Shop drawings to be provided by the vendor approved as per architect/ Engineer-in-charge. The prefabricated structure includes costing of scaffoling, transportation, frieght, and installtion. Civil work & foundation of the structure to be paid extra.

Main structure to be made in tubular metal frame-work with duly painted with primer and two coats of enamel paint. Metal frame work to be carried out on 50x50x4mm main tubular section and 38x38x3mm supporting members. Tent should be UV resistant, fire resistant and with no shadow effect from inside. The prefabricated tent includes costing of scaffoling, transportation, frieght, and installtion. Civil work & foundation of the structure to be paid extra.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Design, manufacture, testing & Commisning at works, supply & Installation of Compact unitized Substation, outdoor plinth mounted type, comprising following components interconnected with one another, including required interconnection with cable/ busbar and internal earthing connections complete as required and as per specifications.
