NOTE FOR ITEM NO 10 :- (i) The maintenance of the lifts shall be done through OEM. The parts shall be genuine and shall be from original Equiment manufacturer (OEM ) and shall approved by GE. (ii) The bidder has to upload (in cover - 1 ) and submit a MOU from the ESCON (OEM ) or their authorized / agency for this effect, A scanned copy of MOU shall be uploaded as packet - 1 (cover- 1). Failure to upload and submission of hard copy of MOU from the OEM / accredited agency of OEM will result in the bid being disqualified in technical bid evaluation and their finance bid will not be opened. (iii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lifts and necessary documentation including spare parts replaced shall be maintained. (iv) All minor spare parts and parts recommeneded by the OEM required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at without extra payment to the Department.

Supply and fix Dry battery 12 Volts, (7AH to 18 AH ) as per sample along with warranty certificate and all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install COP,LOP for car operating panel for landing lift all as specified and as directed..

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Lift door sensors curtain type, single phase 240 volts with convertor unit dimensions of 10 mm dia, 2004 mm height and 26 mm wide with minimum recommended opening of 0 mm and maximum recommended opening of 3000 mm, maximum response time 65 ms, scan time 45 ms, all as per model K 20 of TL jones or techno commercially equivalent model of other makes including taking down unserviceable drives all as specified and as directed.

Supply in replacement of ARD 15 to 20 KW 3-phase lift control Panel as per existing G+3/G+4, Electrically operated lifts incl necessary connections and testing all as specified and directed

Supply in replacement of New Micro Processor Control card for G+3/G+4 Electrically operated lifts incl necessary connections and testing all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning V3F Drive,3-phase,415 volts capacity 15 to 20 HP heavy duty over load capacity150% for 1-min, current limit 150%,carrier frequency 2K Hz and max output frequency 300Hz or as per existing to G+3/G+4 Electrically operated lifts incl necessary connections and testing all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning V3F Drive,3-phase,415 volts capacity 1.5 HP /2.0 KW heavy duty over load capacity150% for 1-min, current limit 150%,carrier frequency 2K Hz and max output frequency 300Hz or as per existing to G+3/G+4 Electrically operated lifts incl necessary connections and testing all as specified and directed

Dismantling the existing Gear Box unit set 10 /15 HP from site and , changing bearing, gear oil and connected parts etc refixing to its original position all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs steel wire rope multi stranded 6/19 centre fibre core 8 to 12 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Cable PVC insulated sheathed with copper bunched conductor of size 4 core 2.5 sq.mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Cable PVC insulated sheathed with copper bunched conductor of size 16 core 1.5 sq.mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Three pole Power Contactor with Aux. contact 1NO+1NC, 12Amp or 18Amp or 32 Amps, 3 phase, 415 volts, AC all as per L&T Cat Part No. MNX 12- CS94108 or MNX 18- CS94110 or MNX 32- CS94111 or equivalent model in other makes specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Limit switch for long traverse, Roller leaver type, heavy duty all as per BCH Cat Part No. NLL1C or equivalent model in other makes specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs Limit switch Push roller lever type for cross traverse all as per BCH Cat Part No. NLTPRC or equivalent model in other makes specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs AC Solenoid brake, type S, for drum size 101.6 mm dia including drum all as per BCH Cat Part No: S- 42 and AC 50D4 or equivalent model in other makes as specified

Supply and fix in repairs Over load relays range from 1.58 Amps to 3.8 Amps for power contactors all as per BCH Cat Part No. MC 305ANA3F or equivalent model in other makes as specified.

Supply,fixing,,testing,commissioning and Modernization of existing KONE/ESCON lift, 884 Kgs @1 Mtr/sec speed (G+2 floor) and handing over in satisfactory working condition with the same capacity ,speed and operation by using repair/replacement the existing lift shaft, including taking down 11KW EC 160 Serial controller Panel as per existing G+3/G+4, Electrically operated lifts incl necessary connections and testing all as specified and directed

Supply and fix round type LED light recessed mounted deep adjustable down light 6/12 Watt suitable for Lift all as specified

Supply and fix elevator ceiling fan 300mm sweep, 230V 50HZ suitable for Lift as per sample.

Supply and fix mat for Lift cabin all as specified.
