REPAIR MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS FOCUS FLOOD LIGHTS HIGH MAST LIGHTS AND ALLIED WORKS AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Repair / maintenance of street / security lights any type, flood lights, post top lanterns or any other external lights in its position fixed on pole /building structure or by taking down to ground, if required, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like electronic driver,surge protection device (SPD) connection wires/ cable, MCB etc including refixing the fitting to its original position (if taken down), including repair / maint of street light control timer & junction box all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour and allied expenses only. (ii) Cost of spares electronic driver, connection wire, MCB, timer contactor spares etc) replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defective street light fittings and will submit the completion report on the same day before 1730hrs to the JE E/M. (vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his men engaged for executing this work and he will provide all requisite safety equipments and clothings to his men and department shall not be responsible for any kind of mishap / accident / injury to his men. (iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects / repair and make the street light functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective street lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the street light is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 150/- per such defective street light per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall carry out repair / maint work simultaneously for different zones / pocket / areas like :- (a) Training & administrative bldgs area including main road from Trishakti gate to Bombay stadium (b) Offrs residential area D1, D2, D3, E3 including main road from Bombay stadium to peacock bay, road to LVGH & Kondhana (c) JCOs/OR and followers residential area by engaging seprate team of electricians / technicians in order to ensure promptly & timely rectification of defects. (v) Vehicle mounted hydraulic ladder shall be provided on contractor's request which will be measured separately under Schedule 'C'. (vi) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every street light and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (viii The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of street lights with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below. (ix) The details of street / security lights is enclosed as Appx A to Schedule A for general idea about the location and type of light fittings.

Taking down the existing light fittings on multi mounting brackets from 16/21 mtrs highmast pole by taking on ground repairs/ replacing the defective parts like electronic drivers connection wires and refixing the same to its original position all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of spares , electronic drivers,connection wires replaced against above mentioned item above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (ii) The defects / repair of the floodlight making them functional after handing over defective floodlights of highmast (iii) Maintaining proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every flood light and getting it authenticated. (iv) Safety of his men engaged for executing the work along with safety equipment and clothes for the men shall be maintained.

S&F in replacement of digital timer switch distribution board, factory assembled in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, comprising of 40 Amps 3 Pole MCB, power contactor and 230V digital time switch for controlling LED/SV etc street lights , including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 35x35x4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, 300mmX40mmX5mm(thickness) electrolytic grade of adequate rating. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with 4. RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. including incoming and outgoing cable connection, glands, thimbles All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or codmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted on wall (at Sudan Dome)and suitable fixing arranement as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall be 350mmx200mmx400mm (LxBxH).including PCC 1:3:6 all as specified and directed

M & L for making hole on a street light pole top and bottom for entry of service wire of 1.5 sqmm disconnecting the existing service connection from junction box and fitting and same has been reconnecting to junction box and fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down the pole upto 16/21 metre height of high mast light by engaging suitable crane and repairing by replacing the unserviceable top pully of pole and other part such as winch motor, steel wire, power cable and servicing ,toping of oil and greasing the gear wheel assembly and hoisting, refixing and connecting up complete all as specified and directed . Note : a) The repair of light fittings and light fitting spares are measured and paid separately. b) Spares such as steel wire, power cable etc shall be measured and paid separately. c) The entire work shall be carried out with well experienced professionals who undertake the high mast poles dismantling /repair works. d) Minor spares such as screws, bolt/nuts, grease etc shall provided by the contractor without any extra cost over and above the quoted rate.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully Fractional motor from highmast housing of any type and capacity as described below: -removing the burnt winding of motor rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge or of matching size to the exisiting wires including all insulating material such as insulation paper sleeve, tape, varnishing etc and reassembling, testing, transporting back to site and refixing to original position all as specified and directed

Supply only 3 phase induction motor of 1HP heavy duty 415 V AC 50 Hz 1500 RPM Suitable for lifting of highmast winch all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of cylindrical panel locks of suitable size or as per sample including drilling,cutting and welding etc in panel sheets without disturbing to other existing fitments and directed.

S&F in repalcement of old broken cold rolled mild steel hinges of existing busbar etc of suitable size or as per sample including welding and painting to match with existing colour of panel sheet etc all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/taking down the steel tubular GI Pole which is titling/leaning by engaging suitable crane or manullay complete all as specified and directed

M&L for breaking and romoving old Cement concrete in street light pole coping , using breaker or hevy equipment exct complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of outdoor LED strip of 220 V linear flex in colour WW, with fixing tape and end cap and suitable driver and connector of suiatble and IP 65 protection complete, Single phase, mounting on the ceiling/wall/piller as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of aluminium profile will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A'
