REPAIRS TO PLUMBING SANITARY SUNKEN FLOORS AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS IN ZONE A AT JALIPA MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm grade aggregate) as in levelling coarse in flooring finished even and fair under floor finishes.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Single charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light coloured tiles as in approved shade, set & jointed in neat cement including and over 15mm th screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified.

Ditto as item 5 above but as in skirting over cement mortar backing plaster in CM1:3 10mm thick including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in all as specified

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate and setting in mortar 1:4 complete, in walls

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone/block walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear for plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone surfaces or rcc member finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
