LOAD TESTING 5T EOT CRANE 9550-Corporate R&D-Bengaluru — oad Testing for upto 5 Ton EOT Crane :Services for Load Testing upto 5Ton EOT Crane and providing load-testing certificate per ins nce through approved agencies as per direction of HPCL EIC.Supply of test load for certification including transportation, shifting load test & certification by third party is also included in the scope."

60 T WEIGHBRIDGE — 0 ton Weighbridge Calibration :Services for 60 Ton weighbridge Calibration at HPGRDC per instance through approved agencies and p viding Calibration certificate as per directions of HPCL EIC.Supply of test load for certification including transportation, shiftin , load test & certification by third party is also included in the scope.The calibration certificate to be issued by Department of l al metrology. "

THERMOGRAPHY SERVICES — hermography Services : Services of Thermography of Electrical Equipments (All LT Panels & DB's in HPGRDC as per attached List) inclu ng field surveillances & data collection,analysis,report generation and submission of report per instance through approved agencies per direction of HPCL EIC."

MANAGERIAL/ENGINEERING — anagerial/Engineering Service:Expenses per month towards providing managerial/ engineering services as required for the scope of F ility Technical Management Services and as detailed in the ""Scope of Job & Technical Details"" document with minimum deployment and ualification/ experience as per the ""Minimum Deployment of Manpower"" document of the Contract, including provision of required PPE ID cards, conveyance, food, etc. and fulfilling statutory requirements etc. as applicable; all complete as per drawings, scope, tech cal details, GRIHA/LEED norms, etc. and as per the directions of HPCL."

TECHNICAL AND O & M — echnical and O&M Services:Expenses per month towards providing technical/ O&M services for Mechanical system, Fire Fghting, Electr al system, Instrumentation/IBMS,HVAC systems, ETP/STP, Plumbing, Carpernter, Material Handling, Driver, etc. as required for the sco of Facility Technical Management Services and as detailed in the ""Scope of Job & Technical Details"" document with minimum deploym t and qualification/ experience as per the ""Minimum Deployment of Manpower"" document of the Contract, including provision of requi d PPE, uniform, ID cards, conveyance, food, etc. and fulfilling statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Minimum wages etc. as applic le; all complete as per drawings, scope, technical details, GRIHA/LEED norms, etc. and as per the directions of HPCL."

TECH. & O&M SERVICE/ MAN — echnical and O&M Services for Project Areas : Expenses per month towards providing technical/ O&M services for Mechanical system, Fi Fighting, Electrical system, Instrumentation/IBMS, HVAC Systems etc. as required for the scope of Facility Technical Management Ser ces and as detailed in the ""Scope of Job & Technical Details"" document with qualification/ experience as per the ""Minimum Deploym t of Manpower"" document of the Contract, including provision of required PPE, uniform, ID cards, conveyance, food, etc. and fulfill g statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Minimum wages etc. as applicable; all complete as per drawings, scope, technical details, IHA/LEED norms, etc. and as per the directions of HPCL EIC for Project areas.The deployment of man-power for this services will be S ARATE & comprise of technical staff and over and above the minimum manpower specified. The deployment will be as on required basis LY as per directions of HPCL EIC. Payment will be based on actual deployment of man-month."

Condition Monitoring Services — ondition Monitoring Services per month : 11. Condition Monitoring services with 1 No. Analyst cum Data collector 1 Vibration Analyse with Balancing option and 1 Laser Alignment Kit as per detailed scope of job."

Load Testing for Forklift/Scissor- — oad Testing for Forklift/Scissor-Lift/Chain-Pulley block/ Any other Load-handling equipment :Services for Load Testing for each eq pment and providing load- testing certificate per instance through approved agencies as per direction of HPCL EIC.Supply of test load or certification including transportation, shifting , load test & certification by third party is also included in the scope."
