Supply and lay LT under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100V grade with multistranded/solid aluminium conductor confirming to relevant IS in trenches, ducts, through pipes fixed to wall etc all as directed including cable gland, terminal socket and connecting up of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core including taking downe of old U/S cable

All as per item ser No 1 above but of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item ser No 1 above but of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item ser No 1 above but of size 25 sqmm 4 core

All as per item ser No 1 above but of size 16 sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and laying reiforced precast cable cover class LV, Type Im flat , size 250mmX150 mmX40mm

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm of sand after laying the cable complete all as specified

Supply and lay in repair GI tubing light grade, 80mm dia in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc

All as per item ser No 11 above but 50mm dia

M&L for Dehydration and Filtering the transformer oil having the dielectric strength below 40KV and testing of transformer oil after filtration as per IS-335-1972 and removing the moisture contents in the transformer cores/winding as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& Topping up or replacement of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transforme etc at various locations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of silica gel breather assembly for distribution transformers of 200 KVA to 315 KVA capacity including dismantling old one all as specified and as directed

S&F Electric rubber hand gloves in pair ,suitable for 11000 V ,ISI Mark all as directed by engineer in charge .

S&F in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet with vitreous enamelled with letter figures and conventional skull and bones insignal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20 cm all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to pole on batten or recess or chases or buried inground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicatedsituation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 X 6 mm galvanised iron all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformers with coarse cloth/ brush and painting throughout externally on exposed surfaces with two coats of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint or approved colour as directed including writing of SM/MES Number on transformer and transformer details on plinth in white enamel paint on black enamel paint back ground complete including one coat of white wash for base foundation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for 200 to 315 KVA capacity indoor / outdoor type transformer

M&L Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate complete all as specified and directed at site.Note:- (i) Additional stone aggregate required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass. (iv)The rates shall be deemed to includes clean the cost of removing two time the grass,weeds,debris,excess soil etc to a distance not less than 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.

M&L for Filling of stone aggregate 40 mm

M/L in repair providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 CM x 60 CM X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level ,Alternate layers of back filling compound(BFC) & common salt Crystal and connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper and connecting to earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I of 1991 & testing complete including 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5mtr long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with frame, test box , including 20 mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel , wire mesh etc. ( Note1 :- Earth continuity conductor and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid under the respective items ). Note 2: Qoted rate deemed to include the cost or excavation and earth work PCC Chamber, funnel cover etc.
