Cleaning of existing treatment of any description completely and washing rubbing with water and providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of finish fair and even without using extra cement to receive water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old brick tile in roof treatment, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying of water proofing treatment on roof with APP modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermo lay with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer @ 0.3 Ltr /Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using butane torch.The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm. The membrane shall be laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/ up to 500 mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipes opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) For Execution of this item refer SSR Part-1, clause no 11.27.3 and brick tiles conforming to IS code 2690-2 (1992).

All as per Srl item No 03 but except brick tiles laid on cement mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grounted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on toher than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including chajja, facia etc in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint fixed to walls as drainage pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm bore fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete padding in roof slabs/chajjas in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3 % weight of cement and providing necessary slope towards outside, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
