Taking up 80mm bore steel tubing medium grade and connections from excavated trench against including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas n.exc 1.5 m in deep (exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) for all type of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore or gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as drain Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M 25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC drain as in foundationincluding attached pilasters and buttresses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (for manholes etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) , fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS TMT bar 6mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm dia wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples as weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shingle or gravel as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC SWR pipes 75mm dia single socketed in any length as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 80 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bend, unions, tee, elbow, reducer including testing laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bend, unions, tee, elbow, reducer including testing laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 40 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bend, unions, tee, elbow, reducer including testing laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing Old GI Tubing & connections of size 40/50 mm bore in new or old postion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe will be obtained from Item No.04 here-in-before.

Refixing Old GI Tubing & connections of size 80 mm bore in new or old postion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe will be obtained from Item No.05 here-in-before.

Taking out unserviciable HT UG cable, 11000 Volts garde, from trenches/ducts/poles etc. of size 95 to 120 Sqmm, 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing HT Feeder pillar Box including removal of all incoming and outgoing connection and dismantling of PCC and shifting to new location complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of PCC cover, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying/ Re-fixing of XLPE insulated armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 V garde, nominal cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable XLPE cable will be obtained from Item No. 34 here-in-before.

Supply, laying and testing HT XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip/wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts, Earthed grade of size 95 sqmm 3 core including suitable lugs, nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) garde cable outdoor straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 CORE XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) garde cable for outdoor termination straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 CORE XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE pipes PN-10 size 150 mm bore in trenches for passing of cables, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using Ultra sounding technique and necessary machine of size suitable for passing 150mm HDPE pipe , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of cedit (Sch 'A' Part- II) amount of Rs 5,91,950.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ_REV_1.
