M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander ( having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 15mm to 25mm to make the surface free from dust, loose pait etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion using Airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and acessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hand to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesas in walls in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesas in walls in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
