Supplying & Installation of solar Raised Pavement Markers Made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self Illumination in active mode, 360 degree Illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards standars and should withstand temperatures in the range og 0C to 70 C . colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement amd typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro ampers at 2.4 V in sleep charging mode of enhance the life of the marker and a full change should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mmX100mmX100mm. Also the surface diametre of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy rasin based adhesive as per.

Pavement milling (cold planning, asphalt milling or profilling)of existing all kinds of bituminous surfaces (Mastic, DBM, BC, SDBC, SMA, PMC etc) with specially designed level $grade , including disposal of milling material with all lead (minimum 20 km from site) and lift complete as per specification. the surface shall be free of bumps , ruts and other imperfections including the arrangement of traffic diversion if required. Milling Material recovered, shall be loaded directly on to trucks/trolleys from the Milling Machine $ shall be the property of the contractor. The Miled road surface shall be swept clean prior to opening to traffic. The milling Machine is power operated self- propelled and self - sufficient in power , Traction and stability to remove a thickness of BT surface to a specified depth. The machine should be able to provide a uniform profile and cross slope and capable of accurately and automatically establishing profile grades along each edge of the machine by referencing from the existing pavement without damaging the bottom CC surface if any. The Machine should have an automatic system for controlling grade elevation and cross slope etc.
