REPAIR/PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE AND REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI AND TP FURNITURE AND REPLACEMENT OF UPHOLSTERY AND REPAIR OF BALANCE AUDITORIUM CHAIRS (QTYX567) AT HABIBULLAH HALL AT NDA KHADAKWASLA.

Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) S & F following components of Charpoy GI pipe including dismantling unserviceable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Tubing medium grade ISI mark 1.88 mtr long, threaded at both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow of charpoy.

(b)Ditto all as per item No. 1 above but 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow ISI mark

(c)Ditto all as per item No. 1 above but check nuts of 32 mm dia

(d)Conversion of 32 mm dia long rail obtained from item No 1 above into two numbers short rail after cutting and threading both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow, complete all as specified and as directed.

(e)Conversion of 32 mm dia short rail obtained from item No 4 above into two numbers leg including fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia after one end threaded, complete all as specified and as directed. .

(f)Removing old unserviceable/rusted /welded MS Square tube and M&L new MS Plate of size 900mmx40mm x 5mm duly painted with black colour after applying red oxide after making two Nos hole with 75mmx6mm nut & bolts each complete all as specified and as directed. .

(g)Removing old Nylon Newar and M&L New Nylon newar of 50/55mm width 1st quality(white in colour) .Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg Rest complete all as specified and as directed.

(h)Removing old Nylon Newar and M&L New 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 2020 mm x 900 mm including providing 900mmx40mm x 5mm MS plate two Nos(duly painted with black colour after applying red oxide) for support with 12 Nos heavy duty Nut and bolts(75mmx6).Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg before fixing the ply top. Rest all as per directed

(j)Removing old U/S plywood and M&L New 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 2020 mm x 900 mm including fixing of plywood with new 12 Nos Nut and bolts (75mmx6).Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg before fixing the ply top. Rest all as per directed

Sofa five seater (TP) (a) Removing old unserviceable cushion with tapestry/leatherite cover complete and M&L 75mm thick new cushions, 32 Density with approved tapestry/leatherite cloth cover (rates of cloth not less than 750 Rs per Mtr)with pasting/staple/stitch on all side front/back/side complete all as specified and as directed.
