Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Arresting leakage from floor trap by providing fixing new uPVC floor trap of self cleansing design , including the cost of dismantling existing floor trap,cutting, grouting( cement slurry with waterproofing compound) and making good the walls and floors all complete as directed by engineer in charge.
