Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, 75mm thick in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for fe 410-w (Gde-E-250) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in Soft closing ball bearing telescopic channel of size 22 inch long fixed with screws in cupboards incl all fittings complete all as spd and directed by Engr in charge.Note : Runner/ Channel should be SS 304 grade and load capacity should not be less than 45 kgs

S&F Factory Made 18mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated Board of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2 , Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and esistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixinng stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company : For WC/Bathroom/Toilet/Kitchen and Cabinets.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour three track three panels sliding window with flyproof S.S. wiremesh ( Two nos. glazed & one no. wiremesh panels ) upto 1.50m ht made of big series frame 116 x 45mm & sash 46 x 62mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.20mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing beading of appropriate dimension ( Area of window upto 2.0 sqmtr) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame and mullion (wherevr required) extruded profile duly reinforced with 1.60 +0.20mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropraiate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless screw etc.Profile of frame & sash shall be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if reqd) shall be also fusion welded including 5mm thick toughened glass and SS wire mesh fixed and drilling holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of reqd size and approval quality, all complete as per approved drg and direction of Engr in charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles ,minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified..
