Design, supply, install, testing & commissioning Passenger Lift of capacity 8 Persons / 544 Kgs Directly above the lift well-Gearless, speed 1.25 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, 6 Floors/6 Stops/Stainless Steel Car Cabin, suitable to serve G+05 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Micro Processor Based VVVF -Closed Loop complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & 3 way intercom/press and speak phone including all other necessary connection and fabrication work suitable for channel and shaft complete all as directed at site and specified following:- (a) Battery Operated Emergency light and alarm bell. (b) Call Register Signal and Vf Door Operator. (c) Automatic Rescue Device(d) Push Button - Orange LED Illumination(e) Braille Buttons(f) Full Car operating panel(g) Dot matrix LED D&P Indicators in car & landings - Orange colour (h) Floor Annunciator (j) Fireman’s Switch,(k) Infra Red Door Screen,(l) Overload warning Indicator,(m) 3 Way Intercom/Press and speak phone,(n) Pit ladder,(o) Ss Handrail On Rear Side. Location :Buiding No155 and Building No 156 of FMME. Note :- (i)Cost of misc civil work deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Quoted rate includes dismantling of existing passenger lift and depositing complete set in MES E/M store yard all as directed. (iii) New lift to be installed within 15 days of dismantling the unserviceable lift

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete using soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread dry fine river sand in trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified. (Note: For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness will be considered for payment).

Supply and lay sub class 'B' old size bricks, designation 75 laid in trenches for protection of cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of galvanized iron steel tube, light grade, with all fittings fixed complete on walls, poles, laid under floors or in trenches as cable protection works (including necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, etc.,) as specified for 50 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for outdoor type, double door sheet metal enclosure/Junction box of size 80x80x30 cm with Copper bus bar 250 Amps for 3 phase & neutral including MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 100 Amps 36 KA of thermal/magnetic setting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point through protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C 1 chamber, per cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B 1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade ,wire mesh and lugs, incl test point incl cable connected with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour of GI wire of 4 mm dia as earth lead from earthing test point to lift control panel all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal trenchless bore drilling using mechanical pneumatic drilling using mechanical pneumatic drilling equipment for passing and including cost of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure hard standing, depth rammed not less than 0.75m and up to 1.0 m and making good to disturbed surface of road all as specified and as directed. Note: unit rate deemed to be including cost of deposit and taking permission from civil authorities.
