Should have successfully completed at least one project of third party supervision/ Inspection, and Quality Auditing/control services costing not less than Rs. 90.00 Crores (Rs. Ninty Crores only) in any one year from the last five financial years. i.e.,from the period offered 01/04/2020 onwards rendered to any of the Govt. departments or Govt undertakings. i.e., Firm Should have successfully completed Combination of from Civil works : Roads/Drains, Electrical & Electro mechanical63%, Building 20%, Water Supply/UGD woks15% and Goods2% of the Total Work done value

Should be a valid registration in any of the Central/ State Government Registering Authorities

Firm Should have Minimum Ten year Experience in the Civil Engineering Consultancy services

In house staffs

The bidder should Own NABL accreditation & ISO Certification for Civil Engineering Materials Testing Laboratory / Laboratory equipments along with on-site mobile testing facility

The Tenderer Should upload the copy of the GST Registration & GST Paid Challans

PF Registration Certificate

The tenderer should upload the photos of Mobile Lab facility along with the vehicle registration documents such as Fitness Certificate, RC details & Insurance renewal/ premium paid certificates

The Consultant should Upload the copies of companys PAN card/ TIN Number

Should have achieved the minimum Annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs. 500.00 Lakhs (Rs. Five hundred lakhs) pertaining to consultancy works for any of 2 (two) financial years from last preceding Five years i.e (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

Should have Received payments of not less than Rs.50.00 Lakhs and above from Govt/ Govt Undertaking for rendering the to any annual financial year for consultancy works for any of 3(three) Financial years from last preceding Five Year i.e., (b/w 2020-21 to 2024-25)

The tenderer to prove himself of having sufficient financial capabilities to execute consultancy assignment should submit(upload) unconditional K-form or unconditional Liquid asset or unconditional Credit facilities from any of the Nationalized/ Scheduled banks for value not less than Rs.50.00 Lakhs Addressing Project Director, DUDC Mysuru
