Replacing the defective Main Control Card by new Control Card suitable for your Lift No 2 serving G + 4 floors with necessary wiring, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.
Reconditioning (over hauling ) the existing machine (Motor, Gear assembly, Brake assembly) by dismantling the same, replacing worn out bearings, motor bearings, gaskets, gland packing, oil seals, providing Gear Oil, re-assembling the machine and re-align the worn gear, worm wheel & brake etc complete as required.
Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of luminous combined type hall buttons on SS phase plate suitable for full collective system compactable for new micro processer V3F controller, call registration, direction of lift travel and position of lift at floor etc complete as required. (This item includes dismantling of existing Hall Buttons )
Repairing the landing doors by replacing the worn out door hanger, bearings, door shoe, liners, Air card, door weight pulley, lock contact, beak etc complete as required.
Providing & fixing of new automatic rescue device ( ARD) i/c 12V, 7AH, 04 Nos batteries suitable for 13 passenger lift i/c testing & commissioning & dismantling of non working ARD & handed over to building in charge etc complete as required.
Replacing the existing light fitting into the new LED light with the high speed processor fan (lift duty) with all necessary wiring and testing etc complete as required.
Complete cleaning servicing of Lift equipments in the Lift Machine room, Hoist way, Doors, Lift Car Top equipments, lubrication, adjustments etc as reqd. limit switches, Rail Brackets, Car and CWT frames replacing defective Guide Shoes, etc complete as required.
Providing & fixing of battery operated New Emergency Alarm with necessary wiring, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.
New latest ’BHAVANI’ make Car Operating Panel in Stainless Steel Face plate with Luminous Car Buttons, Call Registration system, UP/DN Arrow, Fan & Light Switch, Auto/Attendant switch etc. suitable for MICROPROCESSOR’ Controller and Full Collective operation etc complete as required.
