Comprehensive maintenance of water treatment plant of capacity 9000 GPH for safe and efficient running at INS Netaji Subhas and consisting of the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Oxidtion chember-01 No. (b) Multigrade pressure filter-02 No. Note :- (i) Contractor shall be responsible for making salt solution, charge and shifting of salt bags etc, salt will be measured & paid separately if required. (ii) Hardness testing on daily basis & iron testing in every 15 days intervels and maintain register properly. Necessary test kit to be arranged by the contractor and quoted rate deemed inclusive of the rate. (iii) Responsible for rectification of any leakage from inlet and outlet connection with existing pipe line including replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts or any tools and fabrication of pipe line reqd at site within 24 hrs of reporting. (iv) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for fixing of items Sl No: 10 to 20.

All as per item No-01 above but for capacity 10000 GPH at Dumayune Avenue complex.all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-01 but for capacity 8000 GPH at Megnath complex.all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening top cover of manhole and side hand hole of 9,000-10000 GPH capacity pressure filter vertical type, unloading the filter media from the pressure filter e.g sand gravels (different sizes) takings out carefully strainer (Push/Thread) from inside bed plate, cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc and disposal of unsv filter media( sand,gravel,stainer etc) within 100 meter radius from the existing filter plant complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening top cover of manhole by unscrewing the bolts of 6400-9000 GPH softening plant, unloading the cation resin from upper portion of softening plant and disposal of unsv resin within 100 meter radius from the existing filter plant and cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening top cover of manhole by unscrewing the bolts of 5000-10,000 GPH Oxidation chamber plant, unloading the unsv MNO2 from upper portion of oxidation plant and disposal of unsv MnO2 within 100 metere radious from the existing filter plant and cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc complete all as entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS frontal pipe 80 mm bore heavy duty with bend ,Tee etc flange type or welded of any length including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but for 100 mm bore complete testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but for 150 mm bore complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC strainer push fit for pressure filter as per existing size & shape including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC strainer push fit for pressure filter as per existing size & shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of new filter sand of 10 x 40 mesh from Barakar layer by layer as per designed layer to the pressure filters at different location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only the new graded gravels of different size (Gravel of size 1.5" x 1", Pebbles of size 1" x 1/2", Core silex of size 1/2" x 1/4", Fine silex of size 1/4" X 1/8") inside the pressure filters at different location.

Supply only cation resin in the exisitng softening plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of MNO2 in the exisitng Oxidation chamber plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Vessel manhole and hand hole gasket of existing size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only diaphragm valve of size 80 mm dia (flange type) with fiber gasket including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 above but for 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only butter fly valve (water type) of size 80 mm dia with fiber gasket including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19 above but for 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing external old steel surfaces of Water treatment plant (i.e. IR filter, Shoftner & Oxidation chember) incl connecting 80/100/150 mm MS pipe, valves, adjacent valve pit cover etc(as per colour reqd) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Plant name and capacity to be painted in standard size alongwith other numbering and arrow marking and rate deemded inclusive of the quoted rate.

M&L preparing Internal old steel surfaces of Water treatment plant (i.e. IR filter, Shoftner & Oxidation chember) and applying one coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water inside the vessels (as reqd) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of leakage in water treatment plant vessels/pipeline with the help of suitable size of sheet/pipe/flange by fabrication and forming of sheet and then fabrication under supervision of competent person all as specified and as specified. Note: (i) Cost of sheet, fabrication, welding rod, flabge, gasket any size etc deemed inclusive of the quoted rate. (ii) High grade welding rod suitable for the existing vessel to be used only. (iii) Any transportation and cost of welding equipments deemed inclsive of the quoted rate.

Comprehensive maintenance of RO treatment plant for safe and efficient running at INS Netaji Subhash, Dumayune Avenue, Teesta Complex and Damodar Complex area for plant capacity of 600/400/200 LPH and consisting of the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Centrifugal pump-02 No. (b) Multigrade filter-01 No. (c) RO plant-01 No. (d) Multigrade filter-01 No. (e) Softener - 01 No. Note :- (i) Contractor shall be responsible for making salt solution, charge and shifting of salt bags etc, salt will be measured & paid separately. (ii) Hardness testing on daily basis & iron testing in every 15 days intervels and maintain register properly. Necessary test kit to be arranged by the contractor and quoted rate deemed inclusive of the rate. (iii) Responsible for rectification of any leakage from inlet and out let connection with existing pipe line including replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts or any tools and fabrication of pipeline reqd at site within 24 hrs of reporting. (iv) Quoted rate is deemed tobe inclusivefor fixing of items Sl No :30 to 44 and 63 to 65.

Dismantling the PVC body multigrade filter unit, frontal pipe line and valves, un loading the media and cleaning media i.e pebbles, gravels using chemical, replacement of silex with new one, servicing of multi port valve, Refilling the media as per original complete including topping up and re-installation of unit & testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.25 here-in-before but activated carbon filter unit all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.25 here in before but iron removal filter unit all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Overhauling of RO plant monoblock pumping set of capacity 0.5 HP/1.0HP, 1ph, 220V dismantling complete by opening the pump set form RO, cleaning of all parts i.e bushes bearing impellers, and replacement of coupling shaft seal and changing the Stainless steel casing of pump testing complete including re-installing at site and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Overhauling of RO plant monoblock high speed pumping set of capacity 3.0HP, 3ph, 415V dismantling complete by opening the pump set from RO, cleaning of all parts i.e bushes bearing impellers, and replacement of coupling shaft seal, changing the Stainless steel casing of pump and inlet/outlet rubber gasket testing complete including re-installing at site and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of PVC tank of capacity 1000 ltrs by removing all scale from bottom and wall & cleaning and washing using chlorine solution as directed including writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of PVC tank of capacity 2000 ltrs by removing all scale from bottom and wall & cleaning and washing using chlorine solution as directed including writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of PVC body multiport valve, top mounted for filter, suitable dia incl taking down exisiting unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed. Make : ION Exchange/UKL/Initiative or equivalent

M & L for Cleaning of RO membrane duly taking out from RO plant, cleaning with Solution 1 to be used for inorganic fouling(Solution of Citric acid & RO product water duly adjusted to PH 4.0 with sodium hydroxide) and refixing the same of its original position and testing for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 50 above but with Solution 2 used for calcium sulphate and organic fouling (solution of Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Tetra Sodium EDTA (Versen 220 or equal) and RO Product -chlorine free ) duly adjusted to 10.0 with Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4)

Taking up/down interconnecting pipe HDPE/UPVC/GI pipe any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, any type of pipe of bore 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maint of monoblock booster pump set of capacity 0.5 HP, 1ph, 230V taking out existing winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and turn to achieve required RPM, replacement of ball bearing, connection wire, cooling fan of motor, oiling etc complete testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 54 above but for capacity 1.0 HP , 1 phase complete testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 54 above but for capacity 3.0 HP, 3 phase complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Stainless Steel fabricated Skid (assembled by SS304 steel square bar of size 25mm x 2.5 mm (thick), 25 x 25 x 25 mm x 2.5 mm (thick) channel and angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 2.5mm (thick), Steel Skid of size 1100mm x 850mm x 1600mm (H) of plant capacity 400 to 1000 LPH (i.e. 02 to 05 membrane system INDRO 405) for Reverse Osmosis plant including taking out existing rusted/wornout Skid, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Microprocessor based Panel with provn for connectivity of 1ph feed pump(upto 3HP) and 3ph high speed pressure pump(upto 5 HP) for Reverse Osmosis plant including taking out existing Panel, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kemtek India or equivalant of ION Exchange /Multitex Engg )

Repair to monoblock high speed pump 3 HP for RO plant as feed pump complete including dismantling, the pump and repair at shop with changing the bush and ball bearing including necessary seal and lathe work on cracked body , brazing work etc and fixing the same on the position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm bore high pressure brass ball valve conform to IS 1703:2000 including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 60 above but for 32mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only (10"dia x 48" height) FRP vessel 4" top opening including taking out existing old one, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indion or equivalent make of Kemtek India/Multitex Engg.

Supply only UV-Filter for RO product water for up to 400 LPH including all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed.

Supply only UV-Filter for RO product water for up to 750 LPH including all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 layer FRP water tank UV sterlized suitable to store potable water of storage capacity 2000 ltr along with all accessories including taking down old one all as specified and as directed. Note: Base preparation and any fabrication deemded inclusive of the quoted rate. Make: Sintex or equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for collecting the water sample from the water treatment plant and RO plant at Dumayune Avanue, INS Netaji Subhash, Teesta complex and Damodar complex area as per method mention in IS:3025:1987 (Part-I) and carried out the chemical and bacteriological lab test for parameter mention in IS:10500:2012 (2nd Rev) from any Govt Approved /NABL approved Laboratory for testing and submission of the test report and invoice to Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : testing is to be carried out on each plant and once in every month interval.
