Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for repairing LT distribution Panels/ feeder pillar boxes / APFC panels, 03 Phase, 430 Volts by refixing of interlocking wire, cleaning of existing bus bar using CTC and replacement of unserviceable parts such as MCB/ MCCB, bus bar insulation, door neoprene gasket, lugs, cable, etc., including testing the boxes/panel on full load after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The cost of minor spares such as lugs, interlocking wire/cable, bus bar insulation, fuse and nut & bolt as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The spare parts replaced other than note (i) above during repair of the electric panel/boxes will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply and fix in repair ISI marked insulating mating of size 2 Mtr X 01 mtr X 3mm thick @ 4.8 kgs/sqm made with a combination of pvc and synthetic rubber polymers material conform to IS 15652:2006 all as per specified and directed. Note:- Manufacturer’s Test Certificate is to be provided by contractor for verification while taking payment.

Note :- (i) Earthing resistance required in earthing shall less than 3.0 Ohms after completion of work. All earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Test result shall be recorded and signed by the contractor and Engr – in- Charge. If contractor fail to achieve the above result the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The earthing result will be required maintaining up to end of defect liability period of one year and if any variation found in earthing result during defect liability period same will be intimated to the contractor by Engg-in-Charge and contractor shall rectify the same. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above said provision. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 length.

M&L for cleaning and up keeping of the sub station area for whole period of contract by clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bushes under growth roots & trees and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 M outside from sub stations complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan with cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide paint and taking down rusted cross arm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully PVC insulated sheathed armoured stranded aluminium conductor LT underground cable (single, 2, 3, 3.5 or 4 core) from trenches/ ducts/ walls etc., including necessary dismantling, demolition and disconnecting cables from existing power line complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of cable:- Note :- (i) Earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (ii) The surface disturbed during dismantling/demolition shall be made good by contractor at his own cost by using 1:2:4 type B1 concrete (or) in CM 1:4 which deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate.

Supply & fix junction box including Bus Bar IP 65 with rating 100Amps-200 Amps (tinned Copper) and Box size 450mm x 325mm x 214mm, outdoor type should be made of high quality polycarbonate PC-GFS (totally insulated class II ) (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistance, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silica free recyclable material), UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of polyurethane, should withstand glow wire test at 960 degree Celsius, should be flame retardant, materials suitable for outdoor application and the enclosure should have pre-moulded knockouts for one incoming cable entry for 3.5 Core 120 Sqmm and three outgoing 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm and fixed on pole/ walls with MS clamps including two coat of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and enclosure should have PC hinged option. For cable entry from bottom part a detachable type PC flange should be fitted with plain wall. The plain wall of flange can be drilled as per cable size.
