M&L scarifying & picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm depth exc 50 mm and not exc 100mm deep, and removing n exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM to be spread, levelled, rolled and compacted in two layers of 75mm thick each of granite,trap or basalt coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.. Note- Each layer of 75mm WBM (compacted thickness) to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ect sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surfaces with Air compresser to remove all loose dust of runsureced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but for black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm of VG-10 grade for WBM surface complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primerr @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm for black top surface complete all as specified and directed..

Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade laid with mechanical paver , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibromax road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines dashes, arrows letters ect on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint confirming to IS: 164-1981 (First revision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick and 10 cm/ 15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of paving bitumen any penetration (consolidated thickness 40mm and binder content 4%) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair reflective road studs of size 100x120x20mm (minium weight 130 gms) most effective night guidance even under the most adverse weather conditions. Top quality, dynamically designed studs having excellent quality standards, can bear load upto 25 tonnes. The studs are visible and can also be heard and felt, due to the rumble when a vehicle crosses over them. Roads studs in different colour to delineate both the carriage way at the center and at the edges of roads made out of in rigid ABS plastic. The special material composition in ables the studs to bear severe impacts. The specific reflective panel of studs provides very high reflectively including epoxy, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar studs of size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction. Solar powered by nanocrystal solar panel, type of battery rechargeable minimum 2.5V, 500MAH, LED both sides (3 each side) display colour red, visual distance approx 800 mtr in working temperature (10 degree to 70 degree centrigrade) with starting intensity 300 Lux to 600 Lux. Minimum approx weight 900 gms, water resistance made up high compressive material can sustain over 10 tonnes with one year replacement warranty, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repairs 75mm dia 900mm over all length powder coated metal tubular delinator, duly pasted with three coloured high intensity prismatic reflective tape. Embedded in PCC Block of size 30x30x30cm in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm stone graded aggregate including necessary form work and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs solar delinator 750mm high fixed in PCC Block of size 300x300x300mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone graded aggregate and red blinker and changed by solar energy having 1" red colour high intessity reflective type rounded duly pasted on lower side of lamp filed on PVC deluxe quality pipe of 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each 0.50 cum getting out , returning filling in layers not exceeding 25cm including watering and ramming and removing surplus earth to a distance not exceeding 50 metre as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply finxing and installation double side writing informatory stainless steel reflective sign board of size 5'x4' having with aluminum composit panel sheet base of 3mm thickness fixed with self tapping & Coach screw having retro reflective tape base and font. Colour and matter of sign board will be approved by Engr-in-Charge. The frame of sign board should be 50mm outer dia round/square of Stainless steel pipe 16 gauge and having 2 legs of stain less steel round pipe 2.75mtr to 3.00 mtr various height each of 75mm outer dia round pipe, sutable doom on both side including taking down of existing sign board complete all as specofied and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including demoltion of existing karb stone making drainage opening wherever required complete

S&F in repairs 300mm dia solar based traffic blinker with 5.5 mtr long,100 mm dia RTS pole and 37 W of solar panel and 40 Anip -Hr Exide, maintenance free sealed battery with solar panel complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm hickness (below or above ground level) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strength not less than M-35 incl 25mm thick sand cushioning inculding demolition of old paver block completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
