Dismantling of complete structure with control Gear Box, both Wheels from the by cutting of the all fasteners etc. With the help of Gas Cutter and shifting of the same at site as per instruction by engineer in charge.

Supplying rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size S.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and join together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 part 1 and S.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

Providing the rolling machine for shutter with pipe and gear box heavy duty and with bush bearing etc.

Fixing the above shutter and rolling gear machine at site after the dismantling the old and rusted shutter and fixing with all welding and hooks etc with proper greasing the side guides with cartage at site.

Painting the complete structure with navy blue enamel paint with spray machine.

Testing/ commission the comp. job after comp. in all respect.
