Scarifying the existing bituminous road surcae to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of sarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead 1000 m as per Tech. Cl. 301.4 (By Mechnical means)

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (including compensation of earth) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt) From private land.

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers 1s with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (With an initial lead of 5.00 km) ( i ) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound macadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.00 km) (A) By Manual Means (i) Grading II Using screening Type A (13.2 mm agg)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound macadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.00 km) (A) By Manual Means (i) Grading III Using screening Type A (11.2 mm agg)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 Kg/Sq.m. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense-Bituminous concrete (providing and lying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl. No. 508 complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 km initial lead from mixing planmt) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the department.
