Mechanical maintenance works at VGTPS Phase I for 1 year

Charges for general monitoring, routine checkup & visual inspection of Gas Turbine & LGB for any abnormal sound, vibration, temperature, gas/water/air and lube oil leaks and taking corrective action as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. In GT Accessories Module (Lube oil skid and Gas skid) general monitoring, routine checkup & inspecting the Main Oil Pump(MOP), Auxillary Oil Pump (AOP), Emergency oil pump (EOP), Hydraulic oil pump (HOP), hydraulic manifold, Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE), 6 way transfer valve, oil pressure control valve, accumulator system pipe line & Gas Control Valves (GCV's) for any minor oil/gas/water leaks, taking corrective action & attending the leaks, upkeeping of all the above equipments & its housing by thorough external cleaning, Checking the lube oil tank level and topping up the lube oil (lube oil will be supplied by TNPGCL), including transporting the lube oil to site as per the direction of Engineer in- charge. General monitoring, routine checkup & inspecting the GT Exhaust bellows for any damage, leakage, providing operation assistance during online water washing of GT, inspection of water wash pump for any abnormal sound during operation & taking remedial measures, topping up of DM water in the water storage tank, as and when required by the operation, to carryout Online water washing of GT Compressor and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Charges for periodical maintenance of GT Air Processing Unit (APU) & Inlet Air Filter House of GT for any abnormal sound. Checking the air processing unit for proper functioning of the unit, draining the moisture collected in the APU, checking & attending minor Air leak in the Air filter house, replacement of damaged Air flexible hoses for leak proof system to ensure proper compression and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Turbine ventilation fans, blowers and cooling and sealing air fans by thorough cleaning of the fan casings and the dampers, greasing the damper’s actuators and check for free operation of the standby dampers, Checking the tightness of bed bolts of all the above fans, Inspecting and up keeping of all cooling sealing air fans for proper functioning as per the direction of Engineer in-charge and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Charges for providing operation assistance during change over of GT auxiliaries such as Gas Turbine compartment cooling fans, Exhaust frame air blower, gas skid cooling fans, load compartment cooling fans, DD seal air fan & GD seal air fan, checking of damper operation, vibration checks and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas conditioning skid, visual inspection of gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank, Up keeping of the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy, Draining of condensates from the scrubber, and from various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
