Site fabrication, testing and erection of mild steel structures and painting of metallic surfaces as per technical specifications at PIED, RML, Complex, IGCAR

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending of shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc., including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and applying first coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works/cement plastered surfaces including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
