Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding .0.3m depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Sand filling in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard granite C.B metal including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost of all materials labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm and down grade C.B. chips approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of Granular Sub Base Grading III material as per table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with moto grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of Mo SRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision)

Providing, laying and fixing of factory made chamfered "Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks" of M-40 grade & 80mm thick of approved shades confirmed to IS:15658-2006 specification over compacted sand bed course of 40mm laid over the properly graded and finished WBM using sand of gradation confirming to Clause-4.4 & 6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63-2004 with uniform moisture content of 6 to 8 per cent (the sand should not be too wet nor too dry) and spread with the help of screed boares and compacted by Plate Vibrator weighing 0.60tonne or more to acheive a compacted thickness of 40mm & local correction, if any required is to be done either by adding or removing the sand followed by further levelling and compacting and filling the gaps between paver blocks (about 3 to 4mm) with dry sand by brooming (the gradation of the filling dry sand should be as per clauses-6.5.2 of IRC:SP:63-2004) including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Flyash bricks of size 23x11x8cm in C.M (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. Plinth

Superstructure

Fitting fixing GCI sheet roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridge valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fitting per 1 sqmt.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. Angle, flats, plates, bars confirming to IS for as per drawing and design, fixed to walls with clamps including priming 1 coat with all kdamages in walls and floors etc. including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc.as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
