Providing of 01 no single bellow type R.E joint of inner dia 900mm having integral flanged end made of abrasive resistant natural / synthetic rubber compound reinforced with adequate no. of plies of having cotton duet / nylon cord impregnated within rubber compound and further reinforced with metal ring embedded in carcass. The outer and inner surface of R.E joint shall have lining of neoprene based paint. It should be suitable for working pressure of 15 Kg/cm2 , design pressure 20 Kg/cm2 . R.E joint shall be suitable to absorb shock and vibration. Axial compression, axial elongation of 40 mm and lateral movement of 10 mm. The R.E joint should be complete with galvanized split retaining rings, control rods / nuts and etc. accessories. Diameter of R.E joint is as under. 1. Outer diameter (O.D)=1168mm 2. Pitch circle diameter (P.C.D)=1086mm 3. Internal diameter (I.D)=900mm 4. No. of bolts=32 nos. x 2 = 64 nos. 5. Bolt hole diameter=40mm 6.
