Excavation in foundation , trenches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, in soft / hard rock, including chiseling wedging out of rocks clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil upto any lead and lift clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Earth work in foundation for digging well in dry excavation from gravel level upto the level where well curb is placed, including disposing of soil within all radius and filling space outside the well after completion from N.S. level to 1.5 meters depth in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work Soft/hard Rock chiseling workSoft/hard Rock(where blasting is prohibited) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wet well sinking in gravel including all pumping, shoring etc.complete in all respect.

From spring level to 3.00 meters below spring level in all leads and lifts.

Exceeding 3 meters, but upto 6.00 meters belowspring level in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beams joists channels, angles, tee, flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Lowering steel well curb in the pit and assembling in position in all depth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors,roofs,landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying no fine concrete 1:4 (1 Cement:4 stone) aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of form work complete involving all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete1:3:6 (1Cement :3Sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Foundation footing and base of column and the like and mass concrete complete in all leads and lifts..

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing from work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete.

Square rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in in cement mortar 1:4( 1cement:4 sand ) in all leads and lifts.:-

Distempering two coat with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturers of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacturer after throughly brushing the surface from motor dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papering smooth priming coat with distemper primer in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.
