Removing and transporting the existing damaged Super arc fenders to the place as shown at the site within a lead of 800 m including lifting loading, transporting unloading, and stacking the damaged fenders as directed at the site including the cost of all labor, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding, etc. complete.
Lifting and transporting new/good fenders from the stack within a lead of about 800 m and fixing the same in position at the same place where the damaged fenders were removed as directed at the site including lifting, placing & fixing in position including the cost of all labour, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding etc. complete.

Welding the rail of the wharf crane track of coal berths including strengthening the base of the joint with a suitable steel plate as directed at the site including welding the joints as per standard including the cost of all labour, welding rods, tools & plants, fuel, transport etc. complete.
Replacing the damaged crane rail with available rail upto to the length of 2.5m including cutting the old rail as per the required length, transport to work site, fixing in position as directed at the site including welding the joints, fixing the clips as per standard including the cost of all labour, welding rods, tools & plants, fuel, transport etc. complete. Crane rails and clips will be provided by the KPL.
Removing the damaged facia pads of fenders at General Cargo Berth - 1, CB -3 & 4 and transporting to the place as shown at the site within a lead of 800 m including lifting loading, transporting unloading, and stacking the damaged fascia pads as directed at the site including the cost of all labour, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding platform etc. complete.
Lifting and transporting new/good fascia pads from the stack and fixing the same in position at the same place where the damaged fascia pads were removed as directed at the site including made good by providing bolt& nuts, clamps etc the frontal frame to receive the new facia pad including lifting, placing & fixing in position including the cost of all materials, labour, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding, platform etc. complete.
Rectification of frontal frame including removing the frontal frame welding removing the damaged plates around both sides of the frontal frame, bolts, Scraping/rubbing the corrosion on the face of the frontal frame of cell fender, and applying MD MS polymer-based adhesive to receive facia pad etc including the cost of all materials, labour transport, scaffolding, etc complete
Replacing the damaged cell type fender with available fender as per direction including removing the damaged fender and fixing ideal fender in position including by transporting of both fenders to the place as shown at site within a lead of 800 m including lifting loading, transporting unloading and stacking the damaged fenders as directed at the site including the cost of all labor, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding etc. complete.
Interchanging the damaged DIPTI cell fender at General Cargo Berth-1/ Super Cone fender at CB 3 & 4/ V-fender at ERS with idle fender including removing and fixing both fenders including transporting of fenders to the place as shown at site within a lead of 800 m including lifting loading, transporting unloading and stacking the damaged fenders as directed at the site including the cost of all labor, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding etc. complete.
Rectification of corroded /damaged ladders at small craft jetties/ coal wharves, GCB-1 including the cost of GI pipes 50mm dia to a required length, MS rod of 20 mm dia for rungs including the cost of all labour, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, etc complete
Fabricate, Supply, and erect MS Steel ladder in the position of the old damaged/ missed ladder as per the drawing and or as directed at the site in coal berths, GCB, and small craft jetties including the cost of all materials, labour, tools, and plants, equipment etc complete.
Supplying and painting the fittings, bollards, steel fixtures etc in General Cargo Berth / Coal Berths/ Small Craft Jetties with epoxy paint two coats including the cost of paint including the cost of all labour, materials, transport, scaffolding, etc. complete.
Interchanging the damaged "D" type fender with idle fender at small craft jetties as shown at the site including removing and fixing of fender, including the cost of all labor, machinery, hiring of the boat, Tools & equipment, transport, scaffolding, etc. complete.
Supply and fixing of G.I. sleeve rods of 30mm diameter and 400mm length by core cutting in RCC rich mix of 50mm dia,320mm deep for fixing sleeve rods including fixing of G.I. sleeve rods with Hilti –E500 fastener as per instruction of Engineer including the cost of materials, fixing in a position suitable scaffolding, labour, tools & machinery, transport etc complete.
Repairing and fixing the damaged fender chain by welding or providing new chain link as per requirement including the cost for welding, materials, labours, suitable scaffolding, tool and equipment etc required to complete the work
Re-fixing of disturbed bollard including removing old bollarad including cost of stainless steel fasteners, cost of core cutting as per the specification with epoxy grouting including cost of labour, machinery, tools, transport, etc., complete.
Providing and fixing the M S manhole cover plate of size 60cm x 60 cm as per the insturction of Enginner including the cost of material for conver plate of thickness 15mm and stiffners as per requirment incliding all taxes, transportation, loading & unloading, cost for cutting and fabricarion, two coat epoxy painting as per instruction, including the cost of labour, tools and palnts etc. required shift the old manhole cover at KPL scrap yard etc complete as per the insturction of Enginner.
