PROVN OF OFFRS ROOM (TWO ROOMS) AT TAMULPUR MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation or Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, chajjas, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.
