Day to day works related to dismantling,shifting, laying,fitting, commissioning, installation of pipelines/pumps in the mines for dewatering,tanker loading etc.as and when required basis for the period of365 days as per the direction ofEIC of LOCP,LA

Installation and fitting of short length delivery(Including bends, short pieces, taper pieces & fitting of Sluice valve and NRV) and complete suction pipeline of pump installed on pontoon/surface by fitting short/long pieces, bend, taper, reducer, foot valve etc with supporting where ever required for successful operation of pump as per direction of engineer in charge. The work includes transportation/shifting of foot valve and other required items from pump section workshop to work site.

Dismantling of short length delivery (Including bends, short pieces, taper pieces & fitting of Sluice valve and NRV) and complete suction pipeline of pump installed on pontoon/surface by dismantling/seperating short/long pieces, bend, taper, reducer and foot valve etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.The work also include submitting dismantled material to pump section workshop if required.

Extension/shortening of suction by providing short/long piece/bend/taper piece along with dismantling and refitting of foot valve with its section as per requirement including aligning and providing support wherever required for successful operation of pump as per direction of engineer in charge.The work includes transportation/shifting of foot valve and other required items from pump section workshop to work site and vice-versa.

Replacement of foot valve by dismantling and refitting within sump for successful operation of pumps as per direction of engineer in charge.The work includes transportation/shifting of foot valve and other required items from pump section workshop to work site and vice-versa.

Transportation/shifting and Installation of sluice valve or non return valve with its bypass valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc including aligning, surface leveling and supporting where ever required all complete in mines area as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of sluice valve or non return valve along with short pieces, bend, taper etc including cleaning around the joints, leveling to loosen the joint and separate the valve from the existing pipeline as per direction of engineer in charge. The work included submitting dismantled sluice valve, non return valve and other materials to workshop

Transportation/shifting, Installation and fitting of jetting hose including aligning, supporting and matching jetting hose with float pump to MS delivery line for pontoon movement for successful operation of pumps as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of jetting hose from both end including cleaning around the joints, leveling to loosen the joint and separate the jetting hose from existing pipeline(in sump as well as surface) per direction of engineer in charge.The work includes submitting of dismantled materials to workshop if required.

Extension/shortening of MS delivery pipe line by providing short/long pieces, bend, taper pieces etc. with increasing/ decreasing of water level for smooth movement of float pump along with dismantling, refitting and matching of one side of jetting hose from float pump to MS delivery pipe for successful operation of pump as per direction of engineer incharge.The work also includes readjustment of previously existing pathway etc in proper manner to provide proper approach to pontoon.

Shifting of different types of pontoons (96/84/any other size) floating in sump from one location to other within the sump with pump motor set installed on it or idle within the lead of 250 meter for installation/dismantling/replacement of pump or motor etc as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of pontoon from sumps/mines separating all its section including gas cutting, cleaning around the joints, leveling to loosen the joint for successful dismantling of pontoon along with shifting to required place as per requirement as per direction of engineer in charge.

Installation and fitting of pontoon including assembling, leveling and jointing of all 03 section of pontoon within sump along with shifting to the required place in sump for successful installation of pump on pontoon as per direction of engineer in charge.

Transportation of 6" dia M.S. Pipes by Loading & unloading from stock yard to work site/work site to stock yard or central store to stock yard/work site as per direction of engineer in charge. ( Truck will be provided by department)

Shifting of 6"dia M.S pipe manually within the lead of 100 meter, where the site not motorable/slope terrain/different benches in mine etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Laying & fitting of 6" dia M.S. Pipes including aligning, surface leveling and supporting where ever required and jointing of pipes all complete in mines area as per direction of engineer in charge. (This includes manually handling/carrying of pipe to the required place upto 15 to 20 meters.)

Dismantling of 6" dia M.S pipes including cleaning around the joints, leveling to loosen the joint, gas cutting and separate the pipe and stacking within a lead of 50 Mtr as per direction of engineer in charge.

Transportation 8" dia M.S. Pipes by Loading & unloading of from stock yard to work site/work site to stock yard or central store to stock yard/work site as per direction of engineer in charge. ( Truck will be provided by department)

Shifting of 8"dia M.S pipe manually within the lead of 100 meter, where the site not motorable/slope terrain/different benches in mine etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fabrication and erection of water loading point including supply of consumables like standard electrode, welding/cutting sets and other required tool tackles etc along with providing strong supports where ever required all complete for dust suppression arrangement at different places in mines area as per direction of engineer in charge.

Welding Charges- Welding of MS pipes including supply of consumables like MS electrode, welding/cutting sets and other required tool tackles etc for execution of double tap welding of M.S. Flange to M.S. pipe, MS pipe to pipe with proper grinding & chipping etc. as per direction of engineer in charge. ( scrached or small/point leakage of pipeline which can be repaired by welding only will be included in this)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m . Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Making/Fabrication of 6" dia TEEs, Bends & reducers etc includes gas cutting and welding with flange at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA,Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making/Fabrication of 8" dia TEEs, Bends & reducers etc includes gas cutting and welding with flange at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA,Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making/Fabrication of 10" dia TEEs, Bends & reducers etc includes gas cutting and welding with flange at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA,Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making of Joint Packing of different size from old conveyor Belt.

Making/Fabrication of 6" dia pipe tapper/ short pieces etc. includes gas cutting and welding with flange at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA,Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making/Fabrication of 8" dia pipe tapper/ short pieces etc. includes gas cutting and welding with flange at each end by providing necessary consumables like DA,Oxygen, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making/Fabrication of 10" dia pipe tapper /short pieces by providing necessary consumables like gas, electrodes, welding machines, tools and tackles etc as required and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repairing of MS delivery by draining water from pipe if required with measuring and gas cutting of pipe to the required length, shape and welding to the damaged/ wornout old pipeline or flange welding of the cut pipe and installation of same at existing pipeline.

Replacement of joint packing/installation of blind/dummy plate in existing laid pipeline for successful rectification of water leakage from joint as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Hiring of 7.5 kVA DG set including cost of diesel and other consumables as required.(This includes handling/ loading and unloading of the same as many times as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
